She also established the Soltesz Institute, which is the leading, independentcertification body for the payment and banking industry.
Viktoria is also the founding partner of a corporate advisory partnership witha focus on mergers & acquisitions, and partner of a boutique consultancyfirm in Malta, which is aimed to improve the payments processing infrastructurefor the iGaming industries.
Viktoria also sits on the advisory board for various payment and financialinstitutions.
She is a EU Certified Trainer and used to lecture at the University of WestLondon and is a well known speaker in various industry conferences and summits.
